General Information: (C-47) Course Material

The General Manufactured Housing Manual: uses the General Building Manual with a substantial C-47 supplement. The supplement includes excerpts from Title 25. The last section of the General Manufactured Housing Manual covers the Health and Safety Orders. The Math Review lecture covers the math formulas in the first part of the manual.

The Audio/Video Lectures: The General Building Part 1, and Part 2 Lectures cover the topics the General Building section of the General Manufactured Housing Manual. The Health and Safety Lecture covers the Health and Safety Orders which is the last chapter of the manual. The General Building Review Questions lecture covers the General Building Review Questions at the back of the back of the manual.

The General Manufactured Housing Practice Exams: Please be sure that your students study all of the practice exams. It is important to read and understand each question, and read every word of the explanations.

It is necessary to learn the principles behind the question because the State’s questions may be worded differently.

The C-47 General Manufactured Housing Contractor’s Computer-Assisted Practice Tests: are supplied on a computer disk which will load a software program on the student’s computer. The program presents questions one at a time, automatically scores the exam, presents the student with a grade, and lists each question answered incorrectly along with the correct answer.

General Information: Law and Business - Course Materials

The Law and Business Manual: is conveniently broken into four separate chapters, each with its own Glossary of Terms. The manual is written in layperson’s language and includes sample forms as well as summaries and checklists to help prepare you for the State Exam. There are no complicated legal codes to decipher.

The Law and Business Lectures: cover each chapter of the Law and Business Manual and the Law and Business Review questions in the back of the manual. All of the lectures are in both audio and video formats.

The Law and Business Practice Exams: Please be sure that you study all of the practice exams and the update. It is important to read and understand each question, and read every word of the explanations.
