General Information: (C-36) - Course Materials

The Plumbing Manual: briefly covers the major topics of the State exam inctuding Copper Tubing, Plastic Pipe, Cast-Iron Pipe, Drainage, Vents and Traps, Water Heaters, Medical Gas and Vacuum Systems, Private Sewage Disposal Systems, Oxyacetylene Welding and Plumbing Symbols. The manual also contains summaries of the Uniform Plumbing Code and a section on Solar Domestic Hot Water Systems. The last section of the Plumbing Manual covers the Health and Safety Orders.

The Audio/Video Lectures: The Math Review Lecture covers the math formulas in the first part of the Plumbing manual. The Plumbing lecture covers the topics addressed in the manual specific to the C-36 trade exam. The Health and Safety Lecture covers the Health and Safety Orders at the end of the Plumbing manual.

The Plumbing Practice Exams: Please be sure that you study all of the practice exams. It is important to read and understand each question, and read every word of the explanations.

General Information: Law and Business - Course Materials

The Law and Business Manual is conveniently broken into four separate chapters, each with its own Glossary of Terms. The manual is written in layperson’s language and includes sample forms as well as summaries and checklists to help prepare you for the State Exam. There are no complicated legal codes to decipher.

The Law and Business Lectures cover each chapter of the Law and Business Manual and the Law and Business Review questions in the back of the manual. All of the lectures are in both audio and video formats.
